Tax Compliance Role
Preparation of General and Special Purpose Financial Statements from client accounting information and source documentation.
Preparation of Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Companies, Trusts, and Superannuation Funds.
Prepare work papers and spreadsheets in support of the client’s source documents.
Process GST returns (BAS and IAS) as required.
Provide general assistance with the processing of all bookkeeping and accounting tasks for your team as required.
Due Diligence/ Valuation Role
Data entry role which includes key tasks such as entering to a specialized spreadsheet template from general ledger, bank accounts, supplier statements, financial statements, etc.
Analysis of accounts using proprietary excel spreadsheet
Use of advanced excel formulas
Report writing and entering data to word templates
- For AU Tax & Due Diligence role.
Must be a CPA.
Has at least 2 years of experience in AU Compliance.
Great ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Understanding of general accounting principles
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to multitask, prioritize own workload and work unsupervised after 3 month period
Ability to time manage and meet deadlines
MS Office Skills – Excel (Advanced), Word, Outlook
- For Bookkeeper role
CPA or Non-CPA (BS Accountancy/Management Accounting/Accounting Technology are welcome.
Fresh CPA passer or with at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in General Accounting.
Knowledge in Xero is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Keen to details, fast learner, and can work independently.
