The Change Management Lead is for a leading global finance services company. This role will be supporting its shared services center located in Pasig.
- He/She will play an integral part in the success of the SSC's projects by designing and implementing the change strategy across the organization.
- He/She will create and apply change frameworks across multiple business streams impacted by the projects or internal changes.
- He/She will design and administer change readiness checks, capturing potential risks to the business and providing solutions
- He/She will have heavy stakeholder management and reporting for this role (via meetings, presentations, email corresondence, etc.).
- In a fast-paced organization that is performance-driven, this role will ensure that changes are implemented efficiently and within timelines.
- 3+ years change management experience in a manager capacity
- Background in creating and applying change frameworks in a BPO/shared services environment
- BPO/shared services industry experience a must
- Background in auditing/finance services companies/business units a very high advantage
- Strong communication skills
