We are looking for candidates with notable experience in (and a passion for) customer experience and customer service for some exciting opportunities with a start-up company based in Makati.

Key Qualifications

You will need meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Experience working in a start-up environment (or similar)
  • Min of 10yrs experience in call center style operations
  • Experience leading large global teams of customer facing functions
  • Notable experience working with external customers
  • Regional working experience
  • Experience building/scaling teams from the ground up.
