Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all in-coming fund-related calls
  • Gather necessary information from callers
  • Answer basic inquiries
  • Maintain call tracking data in internal reports
  • Prepare lien releases, taxpayer letters and process associated recordings with county clerks
  • Provide documents, reports and research historical lien information on an adhoc basis as requested

Key Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 Years in Mortgage or Consumer Lending Experience
  • Experience in the Real Estate Taxation is a plus
