The role will head the F&A function of the company for both the North American and European accounts, across the areas of Pricing, Forecasting and P&L analysis (amongst others).
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role with a similar sized BPO/call center company previously, and will come with a roll the sleeves up/get the hands dirty attitude/approach.
Candidates need meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors degree and CPA would be preferred
- Min of 15yrs of experience in finance and accounting
- Min of 10yrs experience in a BPO/call center environment
- Experience in a similar role in a BPO setting is essential
