The role will cover the areas of Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Statutory compliance (BIR, PEZA, SEC etc), amongst others.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role with a similar sized BPO/call center company previously, will have strong leadership skills, and will come with a roll the sleeves up/get the hands dirty attitude/approach.
Candidates need meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors degree and CPA would be preferred
- Min of 15yrs of experience in finance and accounting
- Min of 10yrs experience in a BPO/call center environment
- Notable experience across taxation and the statutory compliance requirements of the Philippines
- Experience in a similar role in a BPO setting is essential.
