The Senior HRO Manager is an individual contributor role that will support an HRO team providing compensation and benefits and other HR services to a UK client. The role will own the global C&B process and champion initiatives and projects that will ensure quality performance and service to the client.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role running HR operations with a global platform
- BPO or shared services industry background needed
- With continuous improvement and process improvement projects impacting C&B processes or other HR services
- Experienced with leading strategic HR transformation initiatives
- Open to working midshift
- Open to working in Alabang
