Job brief

  • Operational Support of JAMF/Casper Infrastructure
  • Support of Apple NetBoot Servers
  • Support of Automation work related to Apple MAC end user devices including automated software deployment, patch deployment, laptop software build
  • Ticket triage and resolution, on call rotation, and general easing of activity backlog and after hours support requirements

 

Key Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Apple Mac & JAMF experience, supporting Apple users
  • Must be able to Support Incidents in ServiceNow
  • Linux Server Management experience
  • MySQL DB querying and support
  • Windows Server 2012/2016 management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Must be amenable to night shift schedule / on-call rotation
