Description

The Total Rewards Leader will be assigned the following tasks:

  • Provide partnership to the organization on reward policies, programs, processes, compensation, practices, and build subject matter expertise to contribute to the Global Reward team success.
  • Role analysis and compensation/benefits recommendation for positions brought into the Manila Global Shared Services Center.
  • This role will manage 2 junior staff and report to the Head of Rewards for QBE who is based in Australia.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of strategic compensation and benefits/total rewards design and implementation for global companies
  • Current role and scope must be equal to a Director in the market (or tenured senior manager)
  • With experience in role migrations to the Philippines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Very strong market knowledge on total rewards
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
