  • Coordinate Induction sessions
  • Conduct CEF Language Assessments in hiring
  • Deliver pre-process training to all new hires for all processes
  • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
  • Compile and submit monthly report on training activities and needs in a timely & concise manner.
  • Generate accurate, timely and efficient MIS

Key Qualifications

  • At least 1.5-year trainer experience in a BPO Company and/or American Geography and Accent neutralization training
  • Graduate / Under graduates
