  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
  • Superior user interface design skills and ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into sophisticated, intuitive, and functional designs
  • Create site/page layout and user interface for web, mobile and tablet
  • Create mockups, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas
  • Create graphic contents for web and social media
  • Design and develop mobile responsive email newsletter/templates, create HTML based emails and inline CSS
  • Present and defend designs with key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders
  • Assist with UAT when required
  • Provide guidance to internal clients and ensure all marketing materials adhere to the firm’s brand guideline
  • Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for events, campaigns, newsletters etc
  • Generate infographics based on articles or reports from business lines
  • Execute design requirements of corporate standards/guidelines for variety of products, including campaign, presentation and graphics etc
  • Work as a team player in fast-paced environment, working with tight deadlines and heavy workload
  • Possess design knowledge in print ready artwork as well as digital marketing (e.g. research paper, brochure, banner, signage, event backdrop etc)

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years Web and Print  Design experience
  • Knowledgeable about UI and UX best practices
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills through a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and wire-framing tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, wire-framing tools and Microsoft Office is required
  • Complete knowledge of HTML and how it relates to email design concepts
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
  • Knowledge of web standards, compatibility issues and building standards compliant websites
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
  • Can speak English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and also a team player
  • Experience working in a multi-national corporation is a plus
