My integration to Project Management allowed me to develop skills that enabled me to manage expectations and to deliver results according to scope and timeline.

I was the lead project manager for the Electronic Payment Method program to solve missing cheques and improve customer experience. This meant reaching out to both vendors and business users to maximize the conversions.
I also led the project which aims to shorten the payment process through Centralized Receiving Unit project where invoice submission is funneled to a central location. This involved conducting training / brown bag sessions and change management to allow users to get accustomed to the new process.
I have led activities related to vendor records management to ensure consistency of information against the agreed contracts are implemented and strictly enforced.
All of my projects involved working towards aligning Business Unit processes to Regional policy, familiarizing with Oracle P2P (Procure to Pay) system to better identify system enhancements that contributes to process improvements
