Director of a large regional case management/utilization review unit in a national US insurance company. Team consisted of 5 nurse managers and 13 front-line supervisors with total responsibility for 320 nurses and support staff. Made all decisions related to program design and implementation, hiring, staff development and performance management. Provided all oversight from a telework environment.
