Assistant Administrative Manager
Job Scope:
Responsible for managing the general administrative function to ensure daily
office operational requirements and management are carried out effectively and efficiently.
The position also leads the corporate social responsibilities initiatives of the company and
provides secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director
Exposed to the following:
- Office Management
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Assistant to Medical Doctor( Company Physician Visit)
- Proficient in Calendar and Travel Management (Travel Booking)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, any course
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (FMCG Industry)
- Experience in office administration management
- Knowledge of travel management and processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, Excellent communication skills
- Can start Immediately.
