Job Title: Branch Manager (Cebu Based)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Branch Manager to take charge of Cebu branch. As a critical leader within the organization, you will oversee branch operations, drive service excellence, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and foster a positive work environment. You will be the primary link between the Head Office and the branch, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and company culture.
This is a pivotal role suited for a dynamic individual who can balance operational efficiency, people management, and policy compliance, all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Drive strategic objectives by aligning branch performance with organizational goals.
- Lead, manage, and develop the branch team to promote engagement, productivity, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local labor regulations.
- Act as the custodian of the company’s values, culture, and policies at the branch level.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with employees, customers, and corporate functions.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain discretion in employee and operational matters.
- Facilitate coordination with Head Office functions, including HR, Operations, and Finance.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in managing branch operations or leading teams in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of current labor laws and operational practices.
- Cultural adaptability and ability to work effectively in a Head Office–driven environment.
Day-to-Day
- Supervise and mentor branch staff through daily team check-ins and individual performance discussions.
- Lead operational meetings to align daily tasks with long-term branch objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics, implementing improvement strategies where needed.
- Engage with customers and address escalated concerns to ensure high service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Head Office to ensure seamless policy implementation and operational alignment.
- Maintain accurate branch documentation, including payroll oversight and compliance reports.
- Actively promote team well-being and work-life balance by organizing employee engagement activities.
- Assess recruitment and training requirements, working closely with HR to build a strong team.
