We are currently seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our team in Rizal. This role will focus on driving new business growth, expanding market presence, and building robust B2B partnerships in the consumer and healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the consumer and healthcare industries.
- Secure B2B sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the company’s market footprint.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish networks with manufacturers, distributors, and direct customers to offer tailored packaging solutions.
- Understand clients' needs and provide value-driven technical and commercial support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operations, and supply chain, to deliver seamless end-to-end customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to guide business strategies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and other related sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within a B2B environment.
- A track record of success in trading, distribution, or manufacturing-side sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with packaging, raw materials, or chemical-related industries will be an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries and an established network within these sectors is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to secure new business opportunities (Hunter mindset) and expand accounts through impactful relationships and solution-based approaches.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management.
Day-to-day
- Prospect and engage with potential clients to identify their business needs and introduce tailored packaging solutions.
- Lead meetings and presentations with prospective and current B2B customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical requirements and deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Analyze market trends and prepare reports with insights on opportunities and competitor activities.
- Regularly contribute to strategic planning sessions and provide input based on customer and market feedback.
- Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry developments to identify opportunities for product and service innovation.
