Civil Engineer (Renewable Energy Projects)

About the Role
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and site development works for renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review civil engineering designs, plans, and technical specifications.

Support site development activities, including grading, drainage, access roads, and foundation works.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and evaluation of engineering solutions.

Review contractor deliverables, construction methodologies, and project documentation.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations to address project challenges.

Ensure projects are executed in line with approved schedules and engineering requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in civil, infrastructure, power, industrial, or renewable energy projects.

Experience in site development, construction supervision, and project coordination.

Knowledge of engineering standards, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience

Exposure to solar, power, energy, or large-scale infrastructure developments.

Experience working with contractors, consultants, and project owners.

Familiarity with project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance processes.
