Consultant

The Consultant is accountable for the following:

• Take on and complete hiring assignments in the job families he/she works on
• Build and grow network of talent in the job families he supports
• Meet the KPI’s set by the Managing Director and sustain consistent, billing performance
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to team performance
• Gather and share market intelligence regarding client activity and identify new business opportunities for the leadership team to action on
• Lead client meetings and take job briefs face to face
• Accept and take on additional responsibilities in support of business goals, as seen fit by the Managing Director
