Estimator

Our client is a major international engineering and construction company. They have recently established a service hub in Makati that provides integrated digital construction solutions to their projects overseas.

They are currently looking to appoint an Estimator.

The role is responsible for the development of a competent “first principles” CATS Estimate (Computer Aided Tendering System V3). This task involves the development of pricing packages, Direct & Indirect pricing, associated plant balances, projected cash flows, contribution to the risk matrix financials and assisting with the formulation of benchmarking.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying / building construction
• Experience dealing with suppliers and subcontractors on commercial and technical matters
• A background of employments with large multinational contractors
• A broad range of experience in Building and Civil Engineering disciplines
• Fully capable of estimating / bidding projects from first principals
• Advanced understanding of methodology and construction techniques
