External Audit Supervisor and Manager (Ortigas, Pasig)

We are partnered with a Global Financial Consulting Firm who is expanding its reach into the APAC & Americas Region. As part of this strategy, we are excited to partner with leaders from both Internal & External Audit. The selected Audit Manager will be exposed to international audit methodologies specifically within the APAC & US Markets. Below are the challenges you can look forward to:

Manager

• Demonstrate ability to lead or coordinate and display ownership of projects /initiatives.
• Present ideas and suggestions on how to improve work processes. Assign work based on team’s availability and capacity.
• Provide proactive and constructive performance review for the Supervisory to Associate levels.
• Demonstrate awareness of the team’s workload and communicate resource requirements when appropriate.
• Address disciplinary/performance issues and follow through on disciplinary/ performance processes.
• Point of contact for territory PMOs for updates, issues, escalations from territories.

Supervisor

• Act as Client Relationship Manager and align expectations, coordinate, organise and facilitate interactions between stakeholders and engagement teams.
• Point of contact for issues, follow up or escalations for assigned client.
• Demonstrate expertise in project managements and present work process improvements
• Facilitate future team learning initiatives for assigned service/activity.
• Provide performance review for Associate to Senior Analyst levels.
• Assist or recommend workload assignments based on the team's availability and capacity
• Demonstrate awareness of the team’s work load and communicate resource requirements when appropriate.
• Address disciplinary/performance issues and follow through on disciplinary/ performance processes.

Qualification Requirements:

Supervisory:

• 4-6 years external audit exposure in an Auditing Firm with the last 1-2 years experience in a supervisory/managerial role
• BS Accountancy or Finance Related Course
• Open for NON CPAs and CPAs
• Open for those candidates who have minimum experience in Auditing firm then shifted to private firms.

Managerial:

• Minimum of 6 years external audit in an Auditing Firm with the last 2 years experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
• BS Accountancy Required and Certified Public Accountant
• Open for those candidates who have minimum experience in Auditing firm then shifted to private firms.

NOTE:

• Open positions will be profiled for US Region
• Candidates should be amenable to work during busy seasons: (6:30AM-3:30PM, 8:30-530,  12nn-9PM and 5PM-4AM)
• Amenable to work Hybrid Setup: 3x onsite, 2 days WFH
