Role Overview
The Financial Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, controls, and regulatory compliance. Acting as a strategic partner to the Chief Finance Officer and the executive team, this role ensures financial integrity, strong governance, and high-quality decision support across the organization’s multi-entity operations.
Key Focus Areas

Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance

Tax, payroll oversight, and statutory reporting

Cost efficiency, process improvement, and financial risk management

Team leadership and senior stakeholder management
Qualifications & Experience

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required

Strong preference for candidates trained in Big 4 audit and/or accounting firms

Proven experience in senior finance, controllership, or finance leadership roles

Strong leadership presence with executive-level communication skills

Experience in conglomerates, logistics, shipping, training, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage
