About the Company
Our client, an Australian-founded startup launched in 2024, specializes in providing premium outsourcing solutions. By expertly sourcing and aligning top-tier talent with clients’ operational standards and culture, they deliver exceptional value through their tailored services. Central to their offering is an Employer of Record (EOR) model, where they manage all aspects of their clients’ employees while enabling clients to retain complete day-to-day management of their offshore teams.
As part of their continued growth, the company is seeking a General Manager to lead their Philippine team.
The role
As the most senior member of the Philippine team, the General Manager will oversee approximately 200 FTEs (20 in-house staff and 180 client-dedicated employees). Reporting directly to one of the Australian-based Co-Founders, this role is pivotal in driving the success of the Philippine operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, fostering innovation, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Philippine operations, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence.
- Inspire and develop teams, promoting inclusivity and high performance.
- Drive innovation by implementing strategies to streamline processes using AI and automation.
- Partner with the Co-Founders to enhance customer and client experiences.
- Oversee recruitment and talent retention, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs while maintaining a people-centric approach.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; post-graduate qualifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 20 years of professional experience, with 10+ years in senior management roles.
- At least 5 years in a people management position within a multinational organization in the Philippines.
- Deep expertise in outsourcing, shared services, or management consulting.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in the Philippines.
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives and deliver results in customer experience services.
- Familiarity with managed services or EOR solutions is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Willingness to work flexible schedules to accommodate global operations.

Role Details
- Location: BGC, Taguig (primarily on-site, with some flexibility).
- Schedule: Day/Flexi Shift (starting ~6 am Manila time; flexibility for global client calls).
- Reporting To: Co-Founder (based in Australia).
- Compensation: Competitive package, including Short-Term Incentives (STI).
