Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Oversee full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement attendance, performance management, and reward systems.
- Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and compensation analysis.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with management to build a strong, inclusive, and engaging company culture.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including front desk services, documentation handling, procurement, and budget control.
- Act as the main liaison for headquarters in China and Indonesia on HR, admin, and finance matters.
- Organize meetings, company events, travel arrangements, and team-building activities.
- Manage office facilities, suppliers, and coordinate government-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen team collaboration and foster a positive workplace culture between Chinese and Filipino staff.
- Perform other administrative and managerial duties as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- 2 years of experience acceptable if from an international FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or multinational company.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR procedures.
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or understanding of Chinese business culture is an advantage.

Day-to-Day
- Develop and manage attendance and performance systems, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of employee performance.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks run efficiently and smoothly.
- Act as the main point of contact between local operations and regional headquarters in China and Indonesia.
- Provide guidance and consultation to management and employees on matters related to HR policies and labor laws.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building sessions and cultural exchange initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and office requirements, ensuring timely procurement and compliance with budgets.
- Collaborate with teams to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equality, and engagement.
