Key Result Areas/Measurements of Performance
- HR Management
Ensure that HR Manager scope of work and function are fully covered.
- Compliance to Policies/Procedures
Ensure that all HR Policies and Guidelines are properly implemented.
Duties and Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Policy formulation, communication and implementation of policy.
- Implements process flow of all departments even at Site.
- Create various HR Programs.
- Lines up various programs encompassing all facets to recruitment, compensation benefits, HR Infor System, Performance review, trainings and organizational development.
- Resolution of labor issues & disputes.
- Manpower Structuring for cost efficiency.
- Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
- Managing a company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings.
- Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
- Managing and training the HR Team
- Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave.
- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
- Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4 year course
- Minimum of five (5) years as managerial Position, with at least ten (10) years in general HR related positions.
- Strengths in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
- With start-up company experience and background building/revamping HR structure and processes
- Excellent communications, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas.
- Strong leadership skills to guide an HR Team and support and motivate staff.
- Open to traveling quarterly to Surigao and other future plant locations
- Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement
