- Bachelors graduate
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in senior people leadership, talent strategy, or professional services environments
- Proven success leading managers and building leadership pipelines in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of performance management, promotion readiness, and succession planning
- Ability to partner effectively with senior business and People leaders across geographies
- Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrates a global mindset and cultural dexterity, effectively navigating people matters and escalations in a multi‑country, multi‑cultural environment
- Communicates clearly and effectively – both verbally and in writing – with senior leaders, peers, and subject‑matter specialists, producing clear and concise documentation and presentations
- Exercises sound judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive and complex people matters, including under pressure
- Manages multiple priorities and initiatives with strong organization, focus, and execution discipline
- Applies analytical and reporting skills to support people governance, insights, and decision‑making using firm‑issued tools and technologies
