Job Role: Logistics Supervisor
Location Assignment: Pasig City, Quezon City, Sucat, Butuan, Bulacan
Summary:
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the logistics department in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company. This includes managing the warehouse, scheduling shipments, and coordinating with suppliers and carriers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics principles and practices as well as experience managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Responsible for the development and execution of market infrastructures, yard, warehouse and delivery system.
- Plans, Leads, Organizes and Controls warehouse and depot operations and administrative functions among warehouse personnel
- Schedule shipments and coordinate with suppliers and carriers
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Work with other departments to ensure that logistics needs are met.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify and address any potential problems.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 2 years’ supervisory experience in the same field
- With experience in a Logistics, FMCG, or Tobacco Industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices
- Experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
