Our client, one of the Philippines’ leading real estate firms, is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager will handle overall brand strategy for the company’s properties including the creation of communication plans for project launches and devising sustaining initiatives to increase sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of business objectives and market characteristics.
- Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products, working with advertising or promotion managers.
- Conducts market research to determine market requirements for existing and future projects.
- Develops and implements marketing plans and strategies for new and existing projects.
Requirements
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing management preferably in real estate
- Familiar with digital marketing strategies, especially for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Has an interest in the real estate industry
