Merchant Acquisition and Management Head
- Develops, sets and leads the team’s overall strategy in tapping merchant partners in alignment with company’s strategies and imperatives
- Conducts internal and external research by gathering data via on-ground immersion, networking and table-top research
- Manages and guides account managers in the operations and acquisition strategies of Merchant Acquisition & Management
- Influences the improvement sales and aftersales processes to best serve the customer through a fast, simple and nimble operation balanced with the right governance
- Initiates and develops partner hitlist and plan through market and opportunity sizing
- Leads day-to-day handling and management of partners
- Oversees, leads and shapes the Merchant Acquisition organization by putting in place talents and succession plans for continuous seamless execution
- 10+ years of work experience in sales, preferably with Financial Technology experience
