Description
Our client is an international renewable energy development company developing power generation plants in the Philippines. They are currently seeking to appoint a General Manager for their woody biomass fuel operation.
Responsibilities:
The GM will be fully responsible for the management of the wood pellet plant operations, ensuring the organization operates according to its Vision, Mission and Corporate Values. Oversees all facets of business operations, including human resources, finance, sales, marketing, procurement, logistics, safety and communications.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Engineering or Management.
- Masters in Business Administration is an advantage but not required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years management experience in manufacturing or plant operations in the field of renewable energy, engineering, or forest plantation.
Must currently be at least an Assistant GM or Operations Department Head
