Operations Manager

Our client is an international renewable energy development company developing power generation plants in the Philippines. They are currently seeking to appoint an Operations Manager for their woody biomass fuel operation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and efficient execution of production operations to meet wood pellet requirements for product volume, quality, and timeliness.
• Oversee, manage, and continually improve the day-to-day operation of the plant.
• Ensure all employees follow safe working procedures, and the wood pellets meet quality specifications in a timely manner while meeting plant cost objectives.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Management, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or related course.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing or plant operations in the field of renewable energy, engineering, or forest plantation.
