Job Title: Operations Manager
Work Shift: 6am to 2pm / 7am to 3pm
Work Set Up: Hybrid, 3-5 times a week onsite
Location: One-Ecom BLDG, Mall of Asia, Pasay City
About the role:
As an Operations Manager, you will actively embrace our values while overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of your assigned cluster within the GSC team. Your responsibilities will include resource management, performance management, improving communication, and fostering growth. Major Responsibilities:
- Leadership and development of team leaders with courage
- Engaging function leads for strategic alignment with respect
- Motivating staff to meet KPIs/SLA, fostering joy
- Creating an exciting and engaging environment
- Performance management of all staff
- Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures with respect
- Acting as a liaison between CA & Microsourcing, ensuring unity
Technical and Professional Skills:
- Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application
- Strong command in English communication both oral and written
- Open communication between staff while maintaining professional conduct
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant experience from a BPO/Shared Services industry
- Minimum 1-2 years as an Operations Manager
- Must have the ability to develop team leaders to be critical thinkers in all of their interactions with the customers or colleagues
- Should have strong leadership with excellent structure in coaching and developing people
