Work Shift: AU Time (between 5am-7am)
Work Location: MOA area
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days a month)
Payroll Process and queries
- Update employee’s profile such as home address or phone number
- Setting up new employees in the payroll system
- Completing unentered hours task
- Completing Late Pick Up process.
- Years of Service Process
- Completing VISA validation
- Leave approvals
- Letters
- Un-submit time sheets.
- Manage and maintain all documentation and records pertaining to payroll, including employee master files
- Efficiently manage payroll workload, seeking assistance where required
- Address all payroll queries with efficiency and within an acceptable timeframe
Payroll Compliance
- Ensure that all statutory−related payroll compliance (payments, documentation, and reporting) is adhered to in a timely manner including but not limited to Superannuation
- Responsible in ensuring compliance with internal payroll policy requirements
- External reporting to third parties
HRIMS Data Integrity
- Liaise with the Human Resources Department to ensure accuracy of employee records
- Contribute to a team that works together to achieve excellent results
- Assist on other tasks as directed by the Payroll Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree Major in Accounting or related
- Must have at least 3 years and more experience of Australian Payroll processes
- Background on the following is a MUST:

- Validating and processing invoices
- Reconciling bank and credit card balances
- Processing staff expenditures reimbursements
- Answering queries regarding expense platform including creating accounts for new starters
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent English communications skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective time management skills to meet strict deadlines
