- Day shift ( M-F 8:30AM – 5:30PM)

Job Responsibility:
1. Perform site measurement and verification for preparation of the Design Brief
2. Liaison with project stakeholders (e.g. Commercial Operations Department) and Hong Kong design team for
completion of design within time frame
3. Perform project related documents
4. Assist the Project Manager to communicate and coordinate with the suppliers, vendors, and contractors to
achieve project goal
5. Scrutinize and review of shop drawings and materials submitted by contractors
6. Prepare any documents during the course of project as required by the Standard Operation Procedures or the
Project Manager
7. Carry out factory and on-site inspection to ensure quality and timely completion of project
8. Carry out pre-inspection and final inspection for project with defect reports prepared
9. Verify quality of completed work and prepare payment certificate
10. Coordinate with Display Team for visuals, signage, display materials and accessories logistic
Keep proper record in project share folders/ CRM/ D365/ project database etc.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Surveying or related field with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
2. Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Photoshop
3. Knowledge on fitting out in design, materials and construction aspects
4. Awareness of contract administration
5. Good communication skill with proficiency in both spoken and written English
