Real Estate Operations Director

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in guiding and supervising the Property Manager regarding all areas of operations to ensure that necessary requirements are acted upon expeditiously and effectively.
• Responsible for the strict implementation of Company’s policies and procedures to see to it that Quality Management Systems are enforced and being adhered to.
• Monitors strict implementation of Emergency Preparedness Program, Energy Conservation Program, Preventive Maintenance, IFCA and QMS in all managed properties.
• Reviews and assists in the preparation of correspondences, monthly reports, OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Reviews proposed upgrading projects and other technical requirements of managed properties in coordination with Engineering Services and Procurement.
• Coordinates with property Owners and attends General Management Meetings.
• Conduct regular inspection and project evaluation to assess the performance of all staff deployed in the project including other service contractors’ performance.
• Appraises and evaluates service providers and contractors.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of extensive work experience in Real Estate, Property Management, and/or Operations
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager level.
• Preferably located nearby Clark Global City, Mabalacat Pampanga.
