Risk, Compliance & Quality Management – Senior Associate
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Risk, Compliance & Quality Management team, supporting governance, compliance, and operational risk initiatives in a fast-paced, digitally enabled environment.
This role focuses on helping ensure policy compliance, strengthening internal controls, and driving continuous improvement across processes and operations. You will work closely with stakeholders, analyze compliance data, and contribute to building a strong culture of accountability and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Support governance and policy compliance activities
- Coordinate with stakeholders on compliance requirements
- Maintain documentation standards and quality processes
- Analyze compliance data to identify risks and trends
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines
- Monitor updates on relevant regulatory changes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in compliance, risk, or policy governance is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with workflow tools or process improvement is an advantage
- Exposure to Quality Management Systems is a plus
