Sales Account Manager
Job Scope:
- Coaching, hiring, training, ramping and directing a team of full cycle sales reps
- Preparing sales budgets, projections and forecasting for team growth
- Setting sales quotas and team goals
- Setting activity metrics – daily calls, daily emails, other related activity including LI and
use of other tools - Ensuring daily adherence to these activity metrics
- Monitoring and reporting such activity metrics
- Identifying new industries, product enhancements or messaging updates based on
feedback from the reps and convos in the field - Working with the senior management team to push the continued growth of the
company.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years minimum of quota carrying experience AND 3+ years of management
experience - Mandatory experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and another prospecting
tools - Mandatory experience hiring, ramping, weekly 1:1s with your reps, and growing not only
revenue by your team's skills - Someone who thrives in making data-driven decisions to drive team-wide performance
(ie account reallocations, bottoms-up quota decisions, etc) - You love to lead client and prospect calls when asked but also know when to let your
reps and team shine - You can run team-wide meetings virtually and motivate remote reps
