Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships while expanding accounts across various industries within the Philippines.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.

Proposal Development: Create and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and company standards, while negotiating terms and closing deals.

Sales Forecasting & Planning: Develop and submit regular sales forecasts along with structured territory or sector call plans.

Client Engagement: Clearly communicate technical aspects of proposed solutions, including equipment, installation, operations, and maintenance requirements.

Responsive Reporting: Ensure timely submission of proposals, reports, and other deliverables, especially for urgent requests.

Ongoing Sales Strategy: Continuously update and refine sales plans and forecasts to reflect market conditions and business priorities.
Required Skills and Experience

Industry Background: Demonstrated success in driving business growth within commercial, industrial, or data centre environments.

Sales & Technical Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales, technical roles, or business development.

Sector Expertise: Working knowledge of equipment solutions and data centre project development or management, particularly in semiconductor or related industries.

Market Awareness: Strong understanding of the Philippine market, including relevant regulations affecting the data centre sector.

Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of power generation, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Account Management: Proven ability to manage key client accounts with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of working independently and resolving issues efficiently without escalation.

Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
