Job Scope
• Overseeing the productivity of the team
• Making sure to discipline and lead the team
• Creating of daily report
• Does tasks asked by the Manager
• Research and implement effective client Management, Account Management, Team Management techniques.
Qualifications
• With a strong Sales background in the BPO industry.
• Preferably at least 2 years of solid experience in a similar role.
• An insurance background is a plus but not a requirement.
• Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Analytical & Leadership skills *
• Manages and oversees the activities of the team, ensuring that each individual performs at the par standards set by the company and the client.
