Job Summary
The Senior Brand Manager will own the strategic development and execution of our brand portfolio, a leading multinational consumer goods company. You will guide the evolution of brand strategy across diverse markets, ensuring that our brands not only resonate locally but also align with a unified global identity. In this senior role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—encompassing regional marketing, product development, sales, and external agencies—to drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and maximize market share.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Brand Strategy:

Develop, refine, and oversee the long-term brand strategy and positioning to drive competitive differentiation and sustainable growth.

Create cohesive messaging and innovative positioning strategies across all regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s global vision.

Market Analysis & Insights:

Lead comprehensive market research and competitive benchmarking in various international markets.

Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable plans to inform product innovation and marketing investments.

Campaign Development & Execution:

Direct the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential channels.

Oversee key product launches, ensuring that they effectively communicate the brand promise and resonate with local consumer segments while upholding global standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with regional marketing teams, product managers, R&D, and external creative agencies to maintain brand consistency and drive efficiency in campaign execution.

Serve as the liaison between global headquarters and regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs.

Set clear KPIs and ROI targets for brand initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

Manage and forecast the marketing budget, ensuring judicious allocation of resources across competing priorities.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required

Experience:

A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles in the consumer goods industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies, including managing multi-market campaigns and product launches.

Experience working in or with multinational environments is essential.
