Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to the CEO and work closely with sales, product and administration teams, and marketplace users
- Design, implement, and optimize a multi-channel digital strategy through analysis of customer insights, industry & market trends, and marketing best practice
- Build a high performance digital marketing team that reports to you
Brand Management
- Create and lead the execution of brand communications, campaigns, promotions, and listing launches across online channels
- Establish positioning and identify target audiences across channels and segments
- Develop and present creative initiatives and strategies to senior management, communicating concepts and tactical plans, to increase brand awareness and sales
- Ensure consistent and effective brand experience is executed and measured across online and direct sales to drive customer experience and sales growth.
Digital & Marketplace
- Define digital marketing and ecommerce strategy aligned to business objectives
- Craft lead nurturing journeys, using various digital touch points and behaviour logic
- Develop and implement a strategic and tactical marketing calendar
- Manage SEO, SEM, paid social and other digital media to drive performance
- Grow marketplace traffic, buyer/seller interactions, and sales, utilising digital mediums.
- Oversee creative content production aligned to brand guidelines and objectives across all mediums, eDMs, video, blog, social, web and search.
- Define email marketing strategy, working closely with sales team
- Analyse and report all marketing activities.
Tools
- Establish and manage marketing automation software
Qualifications:
- 5yrs+ as a digital marketer
- Experience in building and leading a team highly desirable
- Experience in B2B marketing,
- Experience with product launch & LinkedIn marketing
- Experience in Legal Marketing, or Legal Support for Law firms in the US and US Territories
- Demonstrable history of meeting/exceeding marketing
goals
- Must be willing to work in Metro Manila and can start ASAP
