Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee Documentation Department operations
2. Manage end-to-end buyer documentation, home loan processing, and account take out facilitation
3. Facilitate project accreditation with banks and financial institutions
4. Ensure timely loan releases and compliance completion
5. Monitor financing status and documentation of accounts
6. Handle escalated client and financing concerns
7. Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and external partners
8. Implement process improvements and documentation controls
9. Prepare operational reports for Management
10. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Documentation Team
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree holder
2. At least 15 years of experience in real estate documentation, buyer financing, and client relations
3. Extensive experience in bank financing, HDMF/Pag-IBIG processing, account take-out, loan release, and title transfer
4. Knowledgeable in CTS, DOAS, DOU, and post-sales documentation processes
5. Proven leadership experience in managing documentation teams
6. Strong leadership, coordination, client management, and problem-solving skills
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong knowledge of real estate documentation and compliance processes
