As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be to utilize your extensive expertise to lead and support our customer service teams in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position involves overseeing account management and customer service functions. You will be responsible for implementing and managing service delivery protocols to ensure consistent high-quality service across our business segment, thereby nurturing long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships between the company and its clients.
Shift: Morning

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:

- Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and promote upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for key accounts, covering aspects such as account management, business development, marketing, customer service, project management, and operational support.
- Manage account and contract administration, including overseeing customer contracts and renewals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in commercial dynamics, engage in constructive negotiations, resolve conflicts, and effectively communicate objectives to achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in an Account Manager / Executive role preferably within Logistic, Warehousing, or SAAS (Digitalization) space
- Strong sales, business development & client relationship skills, used to working in a revenue generating role
- Bachelors Degree in related field
