Operations General Manager

Our client is an international engineering and project management company with a long and successful history in the Philippines. They are currently seeking to appoint the Operations General Manager.

Purpose:

Manage the operating business units to achieve required performance that meets the company’s strategic and financial goals and through effective leadership to implement the Philippines business plan. As an active member of the regional leadership, you will also provide direction and leadership on clients, markets, proposals, and projects.

Requirements:

• An excellent track record of leading diversified engineering teams across a variety of sectors including construction, infrastructure, power and utilities
• Strong team development skills, able to work across teams.
• Outstanding relationship and networking skills utilizing a strong personal network and industry profile.
