About the client: A prominent resort group in the country
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to oversee all aspects of resort operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. The Resort Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of staff members, maintaining quality standards, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and recreational facilities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and supervise resort staff members, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the resort property.
- Monitor and manage budgetary performance, expenses, and revenue generation to achieve financial targets.
- Implement effective sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork, morale, and professional development among staff members.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of guests.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure goods and services necessary for resort operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in a resort setting
- Good in FOH/Reservation/Upselling/Overall Hotel Operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
