Our client has established itself as an industry leader in building design, transport infrastructure and sustainable water, energy and resources solutions around the world. It has more than 30 years’ experience in the Philippines.
They are currently seeking to appoint a senior Water Engineer.
Purpose:
Lead the development and management of a range of water and wastewater projects, undertaking a range of technical and project co-ordination tasks to help advance projects. Undertake assessment of rainfall patterns and develop flow scenarios for use in the assessment and design of drainage systems.
This will include developing designs and working with computer models to analyze, develop and size systems.
Requirements:
- A licensed Civil Engineer or similar course.
- At least 8 years’ experience in a range of wastewater and water treatment projects.
- Experience in collection and analysis of rainfall data and river flows to develop design solutions.
- Preparation of reports, presentations and specifications for field work and permanent solutions.
- Experience with software solutions for hydrology such as HEC-RAS-HEC HMS and spatial data assessment such as ArcGIS and QGIS
