This February 16, 2015 we look forward to the expansion of our Curran Daly & Associates non-executive team in Manila to take roots in a more local area – Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

Rather than waiting around in tight, competitive job markets in Cebu and Manila, the Curran Daly Dumaguete office will be able to provide fresh, out-of-the-box thinking towards recruitment and be the connection to talent that may have not had opportunities to shine before.
Meet the team: This Week’s Spotlight Feature
Introducing Ms Leigh Portal, a HR guru in her own right, she has over several years of experience in both HR and the BPO industry. She will be leading the team in Dumaguete and cannot wait to help source the best talent right from where it came.
A top graduate herself, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of San Jose Recoletos Cebu and with extensive industry experience in sourcing trends, data analysis & manpower planning and recruitment (to name a few), Leigh understands the job market today and the potential of both graduates and candidates in Dumaguete and surrounding areas.
“Rather than compete in the same fish bowl with everyone else, we’ll be sourcing fresh, frontline untapped talent that are willing to relocate and aren’t jaded in the struggle to find jobs in the ‘big city’. By sourcing them locally we are able to nurture their talent and in doing so, we will be able to offer our valued clients the best and brightest people.” says Leigh.
Along with Ms Leigh, are two very dedicated and experienced recruiters Megan and TZ. Working closely with them, based in Curran Daly and Associates’ Manila office is Jay and Tiffany. A team with much experience in volume requirements, they look forward to strengthening partnerships with existing clients and building relationships with new and potential partners locally.
Non-Executive Roles
The Dumaguete office will be handling non-executive requirements like Call Centre Agents, Trainers, Finance roles and more. “We’ve been building a strong pipeline in the past months and are ready to deliver the best candidates to our clients”, says Leigh.
