DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR - Remote and Night Shift
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with the Sales and Marketing Team to create brand awareness and generate leads.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Produce marketing material such as e-mail campaigns, brochures, blogs and press releases
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and customer preferences
• Learn the features and capabilities of the company's various ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software solutions that we provide to our customers and assist with live chat and customer inquiries as required
• Optimize content for search engines and lead generation
• Manage our LMS (Learning Management System) which will include responding to user inquiries, adding/removing users and generating reports
• Manage and promote monthly webinars to clients and prospects
• Monitor social media accounts
• Generate ideas for marketing plans and strategies with the Marketing Team
• Edit marketing videos and upload them to YouTube
• Create or present video content for our YouTube channel (training videos and webinars)
• Plan and coordinate digital marketing-related events, such as virtual conferences or product launches
• Update and maintain the company website with relevant content
EDUCATION
• College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing or in Business with a specialization in Marketing
EXPERIENCE
• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
• Previous work experience in marketing is a definite asset
• Experience with a CRM/ Marketing Automation/ CMS system is considered an asset
• Experience with video editing software is considered an asset
SKILLS
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Interpersonal skills
